Adaptive and Optimized Control Channel Utilization in Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks

Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) are counted as a state-of-art technology which can be considered to provide reliable communication is increase the safety and convenience of drivers in road. Due channel congestion occurrence both highway urban scenario, many VANET’s applications face degradation their quality service especially high-density environment. To improve performance, reliability, VANETs, message overhead on standard wireless dedicated short-range communications (DSRC) should alleviated guarantee safety-related applications. this end, paper proposes an approach optimize utilization control (CCH) make interval (CCHI) adaptive emergency cases vehicular scenarios. More precisely, when there cases, part (SCHI) exploited ensure delivery. When vehicle intended transmit surround vehicles, proposed method granted that CCH allocated meet traffic demands; then, messages disseminate properly transmission range. A delivery, Then, applying laying chicken algorithm (LCA) solve derived optimized utilization. Finally, extensive simulations carried out validate performance (ACCA), we used network simulator Ns-3 [35] simulate vehicle’s environment, after generating vehicles’ mobility traces nodes using for (SUMO) with OpenStreetMap (OSM). The simulation indicates our (ACCA) performs better than other existing algorithms. We got connection regarding messages, beacon rate time, packet length different densities.
